MEET OUR FOUNDERS
LINC DAVIS is building on the external innovation program he pioneered at General Mills. He leads Fifty Gazelles commercialization activity and works with marketing, innovation, R&D, and quality control teams to find and vet partners. While he has experience in general management, quality, finance, and marketing, Linc’s primary focus today is bringing ideas to market quickly by working with external partners. He also helps companies enhance and activate their external innovation discipline. Linc is a Co-founder of Good Works, an initiative program that leverages Fortune 500 marketing talent to advance the effectiveness of community non-profit organizations.
JEREMY ANDERSON is an experienced innovator and entrepreneur. Prior to Fifty Gazelles, he grew Bluedog into a successful innovation, brand strategy, and design agency with clients that include General Mills, Nestlé, and Mars. Bluedog was named Illinois Business of the Year in 2012. At Fifty Gazelles, Jeremy leads the creative teams responsible for uncovering and shaping external innovation opportunities. He also ensures that partner actions live up to a brand’s strategy. Jeremy regularly travels to Asia, Europe and South America in search of new ideas and partners.
